Counseling is a service encompassing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues. A licensed clinician assists with processing and healing pain, dysfunction and conflict within an individual or in relationships. The focus is often on resolving difficulties arising from the past that impact an individual's emotional functioning in the present while improving overall psychological well-being. The clinician equips the client with tools for addressing the present in more emotionally healthy ways.

Health & Wellness Coaching
Health and wellness coaching is ideal for those looking to change or improve wellness habits with lifestyle medicine. Working with a coach, you will clarify your goals, develop a nutrition action plan, and stay accountable. Individuals will gain self-awareness and confidence to overcome obstacles.
Individual Counseling
Includes an assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan with a primary focus on living a life driven by your core values. Utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles, we concentrate on changing relationships with our thoughts and feelings.
Meditation Instruction
Classes include talks, guided meditation, and question and answer sessions on a range of mindfulness topics. Students will learn techniques to calm the mind, improve concentration, and steady their emotions. ​
